Located on the first floor, Family Care Pharmacy serves patients of Family Medical Care exclusively, and offers convenience and numerous benefits. Staff of both Family Medical Care and Family Care Pharmacy are aware that sometimes those with the greatest need cannot afford the high price of medications, and that those medications may often prevent or control life-threatening conditions.
HIGHLY TRAINED STAFF
Family Care Pharmacy employs a highly trained pharmacist who works closely with Family Medical Care providers to provide seamless healthcare delivery. Prescriptions can be electronically submitted by the provider to Family Care Pharmacy, and be available for pick-up after your appointment. Our pharmacist is always available to answer questions about your medications in person, by phone or e-mail, and a consultation room is available for privacy.
ONLINE AND AUTOMATIC REFILLS
Two additional conveniences for Family Care Pharmacy patients is the ability to order prescription refills online, and request automatic monthly refills of your medication. These services enable you to be assured your prescriptions will be ready when required.
ASSISTANCE WITH MEDICARE PAPERWORK
Medicare Prescription Drug coverage is offered through a variety of private insurance companies, each with different plans. Using available resources, Family Care Pharmacy can help you
choose a Medicare prescription drug plan that is right for you, as well as help
you obtain assistance with your Medicare Part D Plan costs.
INSURANCE & PAYMENT
Family Care Pharmacy accepts most prescription insurance plans. If we are currently not a drug provider in your health plan, we will gladly enroll with the plan in order to serve you. Visa and Mastercard are accepted at the Pharmacy. Once the prescription cost is paid, the medications can be picked up.
